2010年、柏崎亮が「エンダースキーマ(Hender Scheme)」を設立。プレミアムなレザーを使ったシューズのほか、バック、名刺入れなど革小物なども展開している。人気スニーカーをオマージュしたヌメ革製のシューズ「オマージュライン」が人気。このオマージュラインは、“頭の中にある既存のイメージをつかって遊ぶ”という実験的な試みからスタート。工業製品として製造されてきたスニーカーを、あえて浅草の家内制手工業と呼ばれるような、町の工場の人達が作る。全く同じデザインでも、異なるのもの生まれる。さらにヌメ革を用いていることから、シューズは徐々に形や色が変化し、ユニークなものに仕上がっていく。エンダースキーマのシューズの特徴は、モノが作られる背景や工程にあり、表層的なデザインではなく、過程や考え方をデザインしている。ブランド名は、心理学用語の”GenderSchema(ジェンダースキーマ)”からの造語で、Genderの頭文字の”G”を、アルファベット順で一つ超えた”H”にすることで、ブランドコンセプトである『ジェンダーを超える』という意味を表現している。一方、男女の骨格の差や筋肉の付き方などの生理的性差(sex)については尊重し、木型やカットの深さなどて、メンズ・レディースで若干差をつけている。モードとクラフトのバランスを重視しバランスのとれたデザインも特徴だ。
