イタリア靴の偉大なる靴と評されている「BETTANIN ＆VENTURIベッタニン・ベントゥーリ」。ベッタニン・ベントゥーリを展開するジョゼッペ・ベッタニン氏は1850年からハンドメイドシューズの工房を営んできたベッタニン家の5代目です。ス・ミズーラからレディメイドまでをハンドメイドで手掛けております。ブランド名である「ベッタニン・ベントゥーリ」はジョゼッペ氏の妻の名で、デザインや革の裁断、縫製などを担う一方、カラーリングなどの最終工程を受けもっています。ベッタニン・ベントゥーリはカデノン製法が有名でノルヴェジェーゼ製法の原型ともいうべきもので、150年前から伝わる製法です。堅牢ながら、高度な手技を要するため、現在、この超絶技法を駆使できるのは世界中でジョゼッペ氏ただ一人です。ノルヴェジェーゼ、グッドイヤー、マッケイと幅広く、そのいずれの製法においても超人的なスピードで極めて高い完成度の靴に仕立てることができるのですから、「神の手をもつ男」などと称賛されております。
