1976年、ルイジ・ダルクォーレ氏が始めた「サルトリア ダルクォーレ」。21歳の時からサルトとして修行を始め、年間1000着を超える仕立てをこなしていた時期もありましたが、自分が本当に創りたいもの、満足いくものを創る為、現在は生産数を抑えています。1950年代に流行った技術を彼なりの解釈によって現代に甦らせダルクォーレ、フォーマル意外の服はすべてマニカカミーチャ（シャツ袖）で創るという拘りを持っています。ダルクォーレの美意識と感性によって創られた服は、クラシックとモダンの結合、ナポリの薫りをまとっています。超絶的な技術を継承しながらも、非常に柔軟な感性によって美しい一着が仕立て上がります。
