ESMOD PARISを首席で卒業した島瀬 敬章が手掛けるブランド。ブランド名の由来は幾つかある。時計の音、tictac(チクタク)からの引用、tactics(タクティクス)からの引用(意味：特定の目標に達するためのプラン)、デザイナーの名前からの引用(takaaki shimase)、同じ言葉を2回繰り返すことによる、連続性、記号性など。 タクタクという名前の象徴でもある「時間」は全ての々が共有しているけれど、それぞれ異なるモノ。そこには、シンボリックに分を語る既製服を提案したいという精神が込められている。
