1958年イタリア創業の老舗紡績メーカー、CARIAGGI LANIFICIO S.P.A（カリアッジ社）の糸を使用し日本で生産を行うニットブランド。ブランド名のBlu Breとはイタリア語で「青い風」という意味。高級素材であるカシミアの品質は、中でも毛の細さ・白さ・長さが基準となり、細いほどにしなやかな光沢を放ち、肌ざわりも柔らかな高品質なものとなります。カリアッジ社の糸は原毛の繊維の幅が15.5μ以下で長さは38ミリ以上という厳密な決まりがあり、世界中のメゾンから愛され続け最高品質の糸を提供し続けています。モンゴルのアラシャン地方に生息するカシミア山羊の原毛を使用しており、寒暖差が60度にもなる厳しい天候の中で育つ為、とても繊細で美しい毛質が特徴です。
