Dsquared was founded in Canada in 1965 by designers Dean and Dan. They are twin brothers born to an Italian father and an English mother. After six years of design careers in Toronto, they moved to Milan and gained experience as freelance designers and stylists, before debuting at the Milan Collection in 1994 as "D2 (Dsquared)".
