- This tie is made of twill silk fabric with a classic small pattern. It is made with a sfoderata (unlined) triple fold construction, and you can feel the careful handiwork of the artisans.

San Giorgio a Cremano, near Naples, is a famous producer of ties and embroidery. Francesco Marino is a man who shoulders this traditional culture in his own right. The products he produces are known as "Cassandra" in his home country of Italy, and the majority of the work is still done by hand at this long-established tie workshop, founded in 1928. A knot that fits better than any other tie and won't come loose. It is also highly durable and will not twist even after years of use. Now that the quality of Francesco Marino's necktie designs has been recognized, the workshop produces many of the original necktie designs for famous tailors in Naples and famous shops.
