About the product

This tailored jacket is made of a linen-like material with a slightly coarse weave. It has a light tailoring with less shoulder pads and interlining, giving it a relaxed feel that is typical of Italy. The mixed blue color creates a gorgeous spring atmosphere.

Benedetto De Petrillo is a cutting-edge factory brand established in Naples in 2006. He worked as a craftsman at Antonio Pignola, a long-established tailor in Naples, and then launched his own brand in search of his own ideal. He is able to do everything from pattern making to round sewing, and made many prototypes at various subcontracted workshops in Naples, but he was not satisfied and eventually established his own workshop. The first collection will be 2010 A/W. All of his models are characterized by compact shoulder width and armholes, but at the same time, they are extremely easy to wear, which is unique to him, who came from Antonio Pignola. He has successfully incorporated the tailoring techniques he cultivated at the tailor into the world of ready-to-wear clothing. He also selects materials with innovative colors and patterns, and has a selection that allows him to create a new and playful look. He continues to create clothes that are not just for wearing, but also express masculinity.
