FAQ

Can I buy things I don't need?

At Ritorio we offer a purchasing service.
You can turn a wide range of items, such as clothes, shoes, and bags that you no longer use, into cash.
For more information, please visit the purchase website .

When will it arrive?

Orders for which payment has been confirmed by 3pm will generally be shipped the same day.
Depending on the delivery address, delivery can be as soon as the next day.
Please contact us for more details.

I'm a bit worried about the size...

In order to reduce any concerns about size, our staff measures all products manually.
It may be easier to understand if you measure the clothes you own and compare them with the measurement method in the size guide .
We also use original torsos of different sizes.
Looking at a torso that closely resembles your own body shape will help you get an idea of how the garment will look when worn.
If you are still not sure, please feel free to contact us.

When will new products arrive?

Basically, we receive new stock every day, but we will send you the latest information via e-mail newsletter and social media. If you would like to receive more advantageous information, please register.
